    After a few hours it looks absolutely beautiful and it is so firm that you can stand a spoon in it. The simplest way to scrape it off the cloth, is to transfer both cloth and yoghurt to a flat platter, You no longer have to be that careful, as there is little or no liquid left to separate out.

Take off the yoghurt with a spoon, spatula or large knife. The cloth has no effect on the taste.
And there you have it! One jar of truely firm, mild and delicious Greek yoghurt. What an achievement.
